1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

• January 2026 Special: We are currently offering FREE Nationwide Delivery across South Africa on all orders.

• Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched from our hub, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your region (Main centers like Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town are usually faster).

2. Processing & Dispatch Schedule

To ensure the highest quality standards and secure handling of our S925 Sterling Silver pieces, we operate on a priority dispatch schedule.

• Current Batch: All orders placed currently are scheduled for dispatch from our Durban hub on January 27, 2026.

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Valentine’s Day Guarantee

• To ensure your gift arrives in time for Valentine's Day, please place your order by February 5, 2026.

• Orders placed after this date may not arrive by February 14th due to high seasonal demand.

4. Packaging & Presentation

• Every Vandorf selection arrives meticulously housed in our signature luxury protective packaging.

• Our packaging is designed not only for a premium unboxing experience but to ensure your jewelry remains scratch-free during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

• Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

6. Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@vandorf.co.za within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can resolve the issue immediately.
